What basically seemed to be that the charge imposed does not
correspond to the trafffic speed of travel. They should calibrate the
charge down or remove them to zero.

Nop, there is no ERP charge on Saturday in China Town area now, and
the traffic is also very breezy. In short, between 12:00pm to 6pm:,
the traffic is generally very low until after 6:30pm. I don't see a
reason other than greed to have ERP charges during this period on
Saturday at all.

ERP money collecting are the brain child of super "intelligent" civil
servants. This is how they get their "performance" bonuses.
