Subject: HDB causing housing bubble
Whoa....
This is interesting.....
According to this :

Cato Institute senior fellow and author Randal O'Toole claimed housing
bubble is caused by urban planners, and not due to low interest rates or
cheap loans.
I guess it make a lot of sense because this is how HDB has created a housing
bubble in Singapore by restricting housing supply.
Ironically, by claiming HDB price to be "affordable" for middle income
Singaporean by using HDB grants and cheap loans, they are in fact making HDB
flat more expensive.
